• If the products received by you have any manufacturing defect , please send us an email within 3 days of receiving your order, letting us know the problem, and if pictures are applicable, please do attach them. Items with manufacturing defect will be compensated either with a replacement or if the same item is out of stock, a credit coupon code of the same value would be provided. This coupon could be used to purchase any other product available on our web site.

• Orders cancelled after payment will be cancelled and refunded only if not shipped out. Once items are shipped, no order can be cancelled. If an order is cancelled before shipping, your payment will be refunded less the transaction fee charged by the payment gateway.
