DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

Yes, you will have to pay the import Duties & Taxes applicable in your country. Once the shipment reaches your country, DHL will contact you for your confirmation of the amount which you will have to pay. Please be prompt with the confirmation to enable timely delivery.

 

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?

We want you to have your new product as soon as possible, so we typically ship out within 7 - 10 working days after the order is placed.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

International deliveries takes 3-5 working days (DHL Express)

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated email & Whatsapp (if, opted in) containing tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

  

IS COD ( Cash on Delivery ) AVAILABLE?

No, we are not able to offer Cash On Delivery.

We only accept payment through credit cards. Our Payment partners (Razorpay & Paypal) are fully trusted worldwide.

Please note that 63East is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. We do however use DHL Express as our courier service partner due to their long standing reputation of reliability and fastest deliveries worldwide.
